Raw Veggie Salad
Ingredients:
Carrot
Avocado
Cucumber
Lettuce
Directions:
First place your lettuce in your bowl or plate for your salad.
Take one Carrot, clean, dry and slice into strips. This will be going in and on top of your salad.
Take one Avocado and cut around, pull apart, cube into pieces after scoring the fruit, place in your salad.
Take half of one Cucumber or full amount for larger salads, peel skin, chip and place in your salad.
I topped my raw veggie salad with some cashews.
