Apple Berry Smoothie















Apple Berry Smoothie


Don't know what to make with that extra fruit salad sitting in your refrigerator? You can make yourself a delicious fruit smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 Apple
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 whole Banana
1/2 cup of Soy Milk, can add more soy milk if desired.

Directions:

Wash and dry fruit.

Chop into bite sized pieces.

Place all fruit into blender. (Mine has a smoothie setting)

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glass.

Enjoy!
