Quick Cheddar Cheese Potato
















Quick Cheddar Cheese Potato


Ingredients:

1 Russet Potato
1 slice of vegan cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of fresh dill
1 tsp of fresh parsley

Directions:

Wash potato and poke holes into potato on each side.
Take a paper towel and wet, squeeze out access moister and place paper towel on plate.
Put potato on plate and put into microwave.
If your microwave does not have a potato setting button, cook on high for 5 minutes, turn and then cook for another 2 1/2 minutes.
Take out potato and cut open, if still not completely cooked through place back in microwave for another minute or until desired consistency.
Take 1 slide of cheddar cheese and cut into strips and place on potato. Put back into microwave and cook for another thirty seconds.
Top with fresh dill and parsley.
Enjoy.
