How am I NOT supposed to stress out right now?!!! Turns out our buyer's lending company can not do a conventional loan and will have to go FHA. Because of this she can opt out of the contract and we could lose everything! They are trying to figure everything out and all we can do now is wait. Wait and see what she decides to do. Hope that she wants to move forward and does what she can to buy our condo. I am not ready to say good bye to the new house again! This time this good bye would be for good! :(
