Not Smooth Sailing Yet

Not smooth sailing yet but we are on our way. Looks like our buyer will be able to continue with the loan that she wanted so I can continue with the appointments for repairs and keep the moving truck reservation. Once May 5th arrives we'll know for sure and then it will be smooth sailing from then on out. Just formality, paperwork, packing, moving and then the day of closing. I imagine that this next month will just fly by.
