Closing is set up officially now, we have a date and a time! It makes me feel that all that work going through storage was worth it after all today!
Window estimate will be happening shortly and I'm hoping that it will be around the same estimated price quote that was done by phone or that it will actually be cheaper for the windows. Was told windows could be around 50-60 dollars before for replacement so here is to hoping!
