It's Actually Happening

It's actually happening after all the wait. An offer finally came our way on our condo. Amazing what waiting this long will do. Things happen for a reason. Now to see if everything else works out as we hope for. By next month my hubby and I could be the happy new owners of a new house and have our condo sold! We shall see.
