Getting all my ducks in a row right now and making sure that everything is in order.
Wrote out an email to our new loan consultant and the insurance representative. Now will probably need to talk to the title company before to long and schedule a time for closing.
We are preceding like we are getting the house and the sale of our condo will go through with out a hitch. However I am prepared for anything to happen and slow down the process.
As of right now it looks like we will be selling our condo and will be closing May 24th. Which means the sale on the new house and closing will be around the exact same time.
Now to go through things in storage, clear out and donate more, pack more and clear things out of the condo.
I'm sure that this next month and a half will go by quick!
