Today was my Mom's birthday and after my doctor's appointment I took her out to a surprise birthday lunch at First Watch. Was very filling and amazingly tasty! Was able to visit for awhile after lunch at her place, enjoyed looking at some old black and white family photos and even did some cleaning in the 2nd bedroom.
Our two cats will be staying at their grandma's house for about a week before we move into the new house. Once we have the 3rd bedroom set up our girls will be coming home to their new house. Just hope it will be a smoother transition for our oldest little girl, she's had four homes already, this will be her fifth and last home. Our youngest little girl, this will be her second and final home.
Tomorrow the appraisal is happening and just hope that everything else happens smoothly from here on out. Though I know it won't and unless I am able to pack everything and get it all ready it time. Have the truck booked, reservation for night's stay after we have the furniture is out of the condo, and plan to unpack the evening of and next day after we close.
Will have an extremely busy next month in May.
