It Will Cost Us

It will cost us a little over half a grand for all the repairs and replacements, but it gets us out of our condo and in our new house. Money will be tight the next month as we need to be saving every penny to help us have enough money for closing. Wish we didn't have to pay the buyers closing costs and wish we didn't have so much in our place to replace, but that is how it is. Such is life.
