Two weeks to do everything that needs to get taken care of around the house. Will be taking donations over to Good Will today, and begin packing around the house this week. Hopefully the interest rate will be lower today, I'll know more once our loan consultant calls me back.
Yesterday my husband and I went out to a few more furniture stores and picked up a few things we needed at Target. I've been thinking about the possibility of a round table in the dining room. Saw one yesterday that should hold eight people around it. Suppose if I need more seating than that I can always buy a card table and folding chairs and set more people near the dining room in the foyer, or there is always the breakfast room across the kitchen.
Hope to get some good deals on a new bed frame, new couches, a table, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Original prices on a nice table for the dining room were around $2000-3000 when I was first looking, I'll be very happy if that cost will cover everything. However I know it will be a little more than that.
