Wanted to mention that we were able to give away, donate and sell all of our furniture ande electronics. Our condo no longer has any of our things in it, just everything for the buyer. May 23 at 12:07am
FYI, what happened today, why I'm upset & stressed out.. the handyman who came out & I overlooked the bathroom tub. After many phone calls & hours of stressful, "should of done this & that", we finally got someone out to repair it. Have the paperwork now, it is replaced & hopefully this will satisfy ALL the buyers term...s. Just hope that she doesn't decide to back out of the deal. If she does, we lose everything.
