Two Hours & Counting

Today we have another showing for the condo my husband and I have been trying to sell since October 2009. We've been having increased showing this month and our time is running out. Our contract is until the 30th of April. Hopefully we'll be able to sell our condo before the date nears, not pay an arm in a leg in costs for closing, and purchase the house we built in Wentzville. There is a beautiful new house waiting for us out in Wentzville. Now all we have to do is sell our condo and purchase the new house before someone else does.
